House Rules
-I do ask that you verify your ID at airbnb.com/verify and add selfie or govt id w photo to me and sign a 30 day vacation rental lease if over 30 days. We may need to call you to verify your stay and confirm this booking works for both parties within the first 48 hours.
-Extra guests fee may apply. PLEASE ASK.
-Extra Pet fee/deposit may apply. PLEASE ASK. Small dogs OK. Other pets upon approval. Please notify me ahead of booking about your pet.
-NO parties or unapproved local visitors or will forfeit stay and deposit w/out refund and must vacate with additional fee charge. All guests must be approved. No locals or extra guests without pre-approval. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Please be over 22 to book.
- No photo shoots
- Please aim to remove shoes esp. if snowing or wet or muddy
- Outside smoking is ok
- Quiet hours after 11pm. Please be respectful of neighbors and guests in house.
- Please keep it tidy but also clean up after yourself on major items like pots and pans, run dishwasher, empty excessive trash, greasy stove spills, no hair down drain....or extra cleaning fee may be applied.
- This house is for conscious travelers and guests. :))
