-Late check-ins are ok!
-Park in front of my house. (So that my neighbors can park in front of theirs:)
-We do ask that you verify your (Email hidden by Airbnb) /verify
-NO parties or unapproved guests or will forfeit stay and deposit w/out refund. All guests must be approved.
- Please aim to remove shoes - if snowing or wet or muddy
-Outside smoking is ok
- Quiet hours after 11pm. Please be respectful of Neighbors.
-Please keep it tidy but also clean up after yourself on major items like pots and pans, run dishwasher, empty excessive trash, greasy stove spills, no hair down drain etc) or extra cleaning fee may be applied.
- This house is for conscious travelers and guests. :))
