Parking spot is ok for small to medium cars but may not be suitable for large or oversized cars. We do not guarantee that this will work for you. No refunds will be given for cars that can’t fit. $75 for lost parking pass.

- Outside smoking is ok
- Quiet hours after 11pm. Please be respectful of neighbors and downstairs retail shops.
- Please keep it tidy but also clean up after yourself on major items like pots and pans, run dishwasher, empty excessive trash, greasy stove spills, no hair down drain....or extra cleaning fee may be applied.
