House Rules
Thanks for being nice to the neighbors - and the other BNB renters in the unit next door. You will likely not see them but be aware that they are on site and share a trash can and parking spots in back.
-We do ask that you verify your (Email hidden by Airbnb) /verify
-NO parties, locals or unapproved guests or will forfeit stay and deposit w/out refund and must vacate. All guests must be approved. Ask about a DAY PASS for guests.
-Please over 25 to book.
-No photo shoots or events.
- Please aim to remove shoes esp. if snowing or wet or muddy
-Outside smoking is ok
- Quiet hours after 12pm
-Please keep it tidy but also clean up after yourself on major items like pots and pans, run dishwasher, empty excessive trash, greasy stove spills, no hair down drain....or extra cleaning fee may be applied.
- This house is for conscious travelers and guests. :)).
